Sick of the cold weather?

Try this awesome Salsa Chili recipe to warm you up!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 med onion chopped
- 1 large jar of med or hot chunky salsa
- 1 can chunky tomato sauce with onions celery and green pepper
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 table spoon chili powder
- 1 can pinto beans (drained)
- 1 small can Mexican style corn (drained)
Toppings:
- Shredded cheddar jack cheese
- Sliced green onions
- Tortilla chips
- Sour Cream
Preferred cooking method: 8 to 10 hrs in Slow cooker
1. Cook ground beef and onion in skillet until brown drain off excess
liquid.
2. Mix beef and remaining ingredients except beans and Mexican corn into
crock pot, cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
3. During the last half hour of cook time stir in the Mexican corn and
pinto beans. Top with cheese, green onion, crumbled tortilla chips, top
off with some sour cream Enjoy!!
